How long is my rental for?
We guarantee 6 hours but strive to maximize the rental duration. Deliveries begin at 8AM on the event day, prioritizing efficiency while considering party schedules. Pickups occur at or after the selected time, never earlier.
What time will my inflatable be delivered?
Delivery starts at 8AM emphasizing earlier event times. Routes are planned, and customers will be called with a delivery and pickup window timeframe.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods. If you prefer to pay in cash or use a non-supported method, please contact us at 864-547-5729 and ask for Ashley.
Does the price include setup and delivery?
Delivery includes setup. Cost is $25 to $75 for locations within 25 miles of our warehouse. Contact us at 864-547-5729 for deliveries exceeding 25 miles. If not feasible, pick-up is available.
When is payment due? How far in advance do we need to book?
When you book is up to you, but a 25% deposit is required to reserve your rental date with the remainder due 3 days/72 hrs before rental date. We work on a first come, first serve basis and are unable to hold your date without a deposit. Please consider placing your deposit as soon as possible during peak seasons.
What type of surfaces can the inflatable be set up on?
What areas do we deliver to?
We deliver and set up to all surrounding areas including Clinton, Laurens, Union, Whitmire, Newberry, Joanna, Ninety-Six, Fountain Inn, Ware Shoals, and other neighboring areas. If our delivery system says you are out of range you may contact us at 864-547-5729, we may still be able to accommodate.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If necessary to cancel, we can reschedule, keep credit, or refund. In order for a full refund minus $15 processing fee you will need to cancel 3 days/72hrs in advance. Cancellations made within 24hrs of reservation will result in a forfeit of the 25% deposit fee.
What happens if there is a Cancellation by Rental Company?
If the Rental Company is unable to deliver the Rental (Bounce Houses, Slides Wet or Dry, Combos, Obstacle Course, and Slip N Slides) due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, inclement weather), the Customer will receive a full refund. Unless the Customer agrees to accept a different unit or change the dates, which will still result in a discount.
What is our weather policy?
In case of unfavorable forecast, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Options include rescheduling for a different date, keeping credit on file, or receiving a refund based on the refund policy.
Under unsafe weather conditions such as high winds or safety concerns, a refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
